We are Panama's specialists in offshore corporations, trust and foundation formation, providing services to professional firms and private individuals since 1981

The backbone of any organisation is its staff.  Almost every member of our senior staff has been with the Company at least 10 years and this has contributed significantly to our efficiency.  Trust Services, S.A. functions through teamwork and its most valued asset is the loyalty and integrity of its staff.

We are a small trust company and we intend to stay that way,  but we are big where it counts.  Paradoxically, because of the nature of our work, our size is our strength.  Besides a highly trained bilingual staff, our size gives us the following advantages:

    • Easier control, co-ordination and dissemination of information.
    • Quick decision-making.  There is no head office, committee or regional office that needs to be referred to.
    • Continuity and confidentiality.  Ours is a family business and unlike large organisations, there are no worries over mergers, closures or buy-outs and the person managing your account doesn't get transferred.  The person that was handling an account 5 years ago is handling the same account today.  In relationships that call for a high degree of privacy, particularly where wills, foundations and trusts are involved, this has a value that is inestimable.   We have assembled a skilled team to assist you.
